Hello and Welcome

I’m an energy healer, spiritual guide, life purpose and fulfillment coach, published author and evolutionary catalyst.

I’ve spent over 20 years supporting entrepreneurs and those who are committed to caring for our planet in discovering how to lead deeply soul-connected, heart-aligned, spirit-led lives – while helping them increase their impact in the world and enjoy greater prosperity, abundance and fulfillment.

I fell in love with helping people get in touch with their core values (the fuel that keeps the inner fire lit through the inevitable challenges changemakers and entrepreneurs face on their journey) during a year-long discussion leader training program for UCSD’s Wilderness and Human Values course in ‘88. Helping students explore their relationship with nature and their own souls lit me up and birthed my passion for personal growth.

That spark burst into flame during the 14 years I spent helping business leaders develop with Nikken – a global leader in the alternative health and network marketing industries. Along the way I co-created a Diamond Distributorship, became a Millionaire Club Member, co-hosted Bob Proctor’s Science of Success program, co-led masterminds on Napoleon Hill’s book Think and Grow Rich – and learned through real life experience not only how to cultivate success in business, but what it takes to help others master the success habits that lead to lasting, abundant success while enjoying quality of life.

Over the years that followed I became certified by Napoleon Hill’s Foundation to teach his success principles, became a certified energy
healer (through the Resonance Repatterning Institute), trained in emotional intelligence and life and affirmations coaching, briefly became a yoga teacher, and spent 18 years living with the Transcendental Meditation group in Fairfield IA, meditating for world peace.

All of this allows me to help clients powerfully align with their soul-purpose, break free from the habits that sabotage their ability to truly thrive, experience greater inner freedom to be their authentic selves, and resonate more powerfully with the qualities, attitudes and habits that help them soar to greater levels of impact, abundance and fulfillment while cultivating work/life balance.
